Liberty Shield subscriptions are sold on a service-period basis — you choose the period and payment method when you sign up, and we provide a 48-hour free trial before any charge so you can fully test the service on your devices first.
Because of the trial, subscription payments are non-refundable once a service period has started.
Before you buy
Please use the 48-hour free trial to test speeds, streaming apps and your devices. If anything doesn't work as expected during the trial, contact support — most issues are fixed in minutes.
Bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play?
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google — not by us — and we cannot refund them.
For Apple, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
For Google, use the order history in Google Play.
Renewal charged unexpectedly?
We email a renewal notification 48 hours before each renewal. If a renewal has caught you out, contact support — we deal with renewal disputes fairly, so please talk to us before raising a chargeback.
