Nintendo discontinued the Wii's online services (the Wii Shop closed in 2019, and apps like BBC iPlayer were withdrawn) — a proxy can no longer do anything useful on a Wii.
Modern consoles (PS5, Xbox Series, Switch) don't support authenticated proxies either. The easiest way to get any games console online through Liberty Shield is to connect it to a Liberty Shield VPN Router's WiFi — that gives it a UK connection with no console-side setup at all.
