VPN App Not Connecting

If your Liberty Shield VPN app isn't connecting to any server, it often means there's a simple authentication issue. Here's how to quickly resolve it:

  1. Reset Your Password:

  2. Log Out of the App:

    • Open your Liberty Shield VPN app on your device.
    • Find the option to Log Out of the app.
  3. Log Back In with New Password:

    • Once you're logged out, log back into the Liberty Shield VPN app using the new password that was sent to your email address.
