It is still possible to create an Apple Account for another country without a credit card, which lets you download that country’s free apps (for example US streaming apps).

Sign out of the App Store on your device.

Create a new Apple Account at account.apple.com choosing the country you need — or in the App Store, find any free app and start the account creation from there.

When asked for payment details, choose None — this option appears when the account is created via a free app download.

Enter an address in that country (a hotel address works) and verify the email.
Connect to one of our VPN servers in the same country while doing this and while downloading apps.
