How do I cancel my subscription?

We'd be sorry to see you go — if something isn't working, our support team can usually fix it quickly, and we're happy to help troubleshoot while you decide.

To cancel

1. Log in at www.libertyshield.com/Account/Login.

2. Open your subscription from the dashboard.

3. Choose Cancel — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Note: Cancelling stops future payments; it does not end access early. If you have a VPN Router, its WiFi stops broadcasting when the subscription expires.

Bought through the App Store or Google Play?

Subscriptions taken inside the iOS/Android app must be cancelled with Apple or Google:

iPhone/iPad — Settings > your name > Subscriptions;

Android — Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
