The most common reason for this is that your subscription has expired. If you do not have an active subscription your router will turn itself to sleep.
Please login to your account on our website and check your account is current and active.
If it is not all you need to do is re order and your VPN router will automatically wake up.
Or if you have just received your VPN Router you have probably not activated it yet.
