Nine out of ten VPN Router problems — no internet, missing WiFi, wrong country after a change — are fixed by a power cycle done in the right order. Here's the exact sequence our support team uses.
The sequence

Switch everything off: VPN Router, internet (ISP) router, and if possible the streaming device/TV.

Switch the ISP router on. Wait a full 2 minutes until its internet light is steady.

Switch the VPN Router on. Wait another 2 minutes.

Turn your devices on and check they've re-joined the VPN WiFi (they sometimes hop back to the ISP WiFi).

Test: visit showmemyip.com — it should show your VPN country.
Never press the reset button
A power cycle means unplugging the power, nothing more. Holding the recessed reset button wipes the router's configuration entirely, and it will stop working until we re-flash it remotely.
Note: Power cycling is also the required last step after changing your VPN country — the router only downloads its new configuration on boot.
