We're sometimes asked for the VPN Router's admin password so customers can access the router's internal settings menu. We don't provide admin access — here's why, and what to do instead.
-
The router runs a configuration built specifically for our VPN network — a small settings change inside it can stop the VPN working entirely and require a remote re-flash to fix.
-
Everything customers legitimately need is available in the Manage Router section of your online account: change server, change VPN mode, change WiFi name and password.
-
Need something that isn't there — a specific network change, port question, or integration? Contact support: we can make many changes remotely for you.
