Add the VPN connection
-
Right-click the network icon in the taskbar and choose Network and Internet settings.
-
Click VPN, then Add VPN.
-
VPN provider: Windows (built-in).
-
Connection name: Liberty Shield.
-
Server name or address: the server address for your account - shown in your welcome email, or ask support.
-
VPN type: L2TP/IPsec with pre-shared key and enter the pre-shared key 953783903
-

-
Click Connect next to the new Liberty Shield entry.
Connecting quickly from the taskbar
Click the Network/Volume/Battery icons on the taskbar and use the VPN quick setting to connect and disconnect in one click.
