Your login details are emailed immediately after sign-up — usually within a couple of minutes. Your username is normally your email address, and the same login works on the website, the apps, and the proxy.

Nothing arrived? Check spam/junk first, then use Forgot Password on the website sign-in page — it confirms the account exists and sets a fresh password.

Still stuck? Raise a ticket with the email address you signed up with and we’ll locate the account.
You can also find your login details from your account area at libertyshield.com/Account/Login — select Access Details after logging in and they’ll be shown on screen.
