Powerline adapters carry your network over the house's electrical wiring — ideal for getting a stable VPN connection to a TV or box in another room without long cables.
-
Plug adapter 1 into a wall socket near the VPN Router and connect it to one of the router's LAN ports with an Ethernet cable.
-
Plug adapter 2 into a wall socket near your TV/box and connect it to the device with another Ethernet cable.
-
Pair the adapters if needed (usually one button-press on each — see the adapter manual).
Note: Any current brand works (TP-Link, Devolo, Netgear). Because the adapter connects to the VPN Router, everything through it is on the VPN. Avoid extension leads — plug adapters directly into wall sockets for best speed.
